Job Description

Project Description: The goal of this project is to migrate the client's Temenos T24 application to Microsoft Azure, enhancing its existing cloud migration strategy. In parallel the existing heavily manual CI/CD pipeline will be modernized and automated. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will collaborate with client and key vendor technology architects to design the new T24/ ACE AKS environment. They will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create high-level and low-level designs that meet the client's operating parameters and Temenos" design guidelines. This role will be a trusted advisor for the client ensuring alignment with strategic goals, advocating customer's interests when working with a diverse team of various stakeholders, and promoting practical cloud technologies. Mandatory Skills Description: 15+ years of relevant working experience Deep hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services Knowledge of working with API and Azure Resource. Management (ARM templates) Good understanding of Azure Active Directory, Security, and policies that can be applied in an enterprise-scale company. Expert knowledge in containers and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Services) Deep understanding of DevOps principles and experience with configuring and running CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps Excellent understanding of overall architecture and best practices principles that apply to Microsoft Azure Governance and cost considerations Experience in project migration from on-prem to Azure Cloud Disaster Recovery plans and designing of multi-region high availability architectures. Strong communication skills, and ability to communicate technical solutions to a business audience. Ability to create clear and to-the-point software solution architecture documents, diagrams, and slides. Fluent in English Experience working with customers face to face, leading and driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management, and risk mitigation Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of Australian banking compliance landscape Knowledge of/ awareness of IBM ACE/IIB Knowledge of/ awareness of Temenos T24 Languages: English: Advanced
