Role Overview: We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong background in e-commerce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights, optimizing our operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making and contribute to our growth and success in the e-commerce landscape. Responsibilities: Analyze e-commerce data, including sales figures, customer behavior, and market trends, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Create and maintain reports and dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support data-driven decision-making. Conduct A/B testing and other statistical analyses to optimize website performance and customer experience. Manage and ensure the integrity of data within our. databases and data warehouses. Must-Have Skills: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the e-commerce industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python). Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in machine learning and predictive modeling. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Familiarity with data management practices and database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
