We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Technical Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Work closely with client to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and other technical professionals. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project success. Monitor and report on resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle. Identify. potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure they align with financial goals. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT industry. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
