Responsibilities:
Competently engage with prospects, build rapport and convert.
Accomplish sales goals and boost revenue.
Thorough product knowledge and customer relationship management.
Attending clients / customers at site, Greet and show audio video presentations.
Explain project in detail to customer - Floorplan, layout, amenities, connectivity, Convenience at near site locations.
Explain payment schedule to customer, Taking customers to the site visit.
Preparing walk in client database.
Following up / negotiating with the customer to close the booking.
Excellent communication, Negotiation, and closing skills.
Resolving queries at site in respect to parking, construction. Explaining the value of product to customers.
Keeping strong follow up with CP s and generate references from visitors / closed clients.
Fulfill sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time period.
Coordinate with team members and other department for smooth functioning.
Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets.
Initiate leads through B2B and B2C sales calls and by leveraging existing network to understand their property requirements.
Ensure cross-selling to enhance sales value productivity with existing customers, Client Relationship Building.
Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit etc) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts.
Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Peer Teams etc) to ensure exceptional customer service.
Education:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
-Proven experience in real estate sourcing or sales.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
