Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Assistant Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager - Sales at SOBHA Ltd, Bengaluru. The role entails developing sales strategies and initiatives, monitoring sales performance, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts with customers. The Assistant Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager also needs to track and analyse market trends, competition, and. customer preferences to anticipate sales growth opportunities and keep up with market changes. The Assistant Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, meeting sales targets, supervising staff, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and preparing reports on sales performance. Qualifications Proven work experience as an Assistant Manager, Manager, Sr Manager - Sales, preferably in the real estate industry Minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in the real estate industry Strong understanding of real estate sales and market dynamics Ability to identify new market trends and apply them to sales strategies. Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
