Job Title:Assistant Manager / Manager Accounts (Team Lead) Job Location: HO Saket CTC :7.5-8 LPA How can you make an impact Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts. payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements. Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships. Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting financial information. Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports. Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end. What are we looking for We are looking for an enthusiastic leader with 6-8years of experience.
