Designation: Techno-Commercial Manager/Cost Accountant Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate project budgets for Civil & Interior construction projects, considering all relevant factors including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs. Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to forecast project expenses and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Cost Estimation: Conduct thorough cost estimation analyses for proposed projects, considering project scope, specifications, and market conditions. Collaborate with the project team to ensure that cost estimates align with project requirements and client expectations. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting project performance metrics, cost trends, and potential risks. Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure favorable terms and pricing for materials and services. Monitor contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle and address any discrepancies or issues as they arise. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes and cost control procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization to streamline cost accounting and reporting processes. Key Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Qualifications And Experience * B.E / B.Tech. (Civil) with a minimum of 3 - 5+ years of overall professional experience in product development organization. MBA will be an added advantage Proven experience in budgeting, estimating, and cost accounting for Civil construction projects. Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices. Proficiency in financial analysis, cost control techniques, and contract management. Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, VBA, Tableau (Optional), SAP/Farvision Reporting to: Contracts & Procurement Skills: cost accounting,contract management,budgeting,construction
