A Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation, training new staff members and will also be responsible for employee relation . In addition they will lead the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring smooth functioning of the office . Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding Employee Relations HR Policies and Procedures Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance Training Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources Experience: Previous experience in HR roles, min 5 years and above. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
