Experience A proven track record of delivering content assignments: 1. Responsible for creation of eLearning/Video content 2. Working on the tool to create the eLearning/Video content 3. Responsible for following processes and compliance for effective delivery of content 4. Team lead role 5. Responsible for creation of eLearning content/ working with the vendors for delivery of the same basis the project requirement Main KRAs- 1. Content Development & Delivery 2. Effectively deliver content volumes 3. Video. Creation and editing 4. Client interface for content inputs and delivery Roles & Responsibilities 1. Produce well designed and developed Videos and e-learning 2. Design, and develop for Video and E learning training the role-holders across industries 3. Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content 4. Collaborate with various stakeholders for devising the content 5. Ensure on-time delivery with quality 6. Manage the delivery and closure of eLearning and Video projects 7. Be the interface between the customer and CLL Ideal Candidate Profile (Skills & Competencies) Experience in the field of development/ management of e-Learning courses, video 2D and 3D animations, job aids, etc. Good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines Knowledge of videos and eLearning principles, tools, milestones, and management Ability to work within timelines and provide regular updates to Project managers and client stakeholders Ability to work with inputs provided by instructional designers or content writers, in the form of storyboards and design documents Character & Object Animation. Motion Graphics Flash Designing. Photoshop Banner/Logo Designing. Exposure to instructional design models and methodologies Impeccable grasp of the English language Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously Strict adherence to the style guides of the organization Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary Proficiency with computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office, and Tools Articulate, Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, animate, illustrator, after effects, INdesign) and other elearning tools Target Industry/Sector Content-eLearning/ L&D/Training
