Job Description

:- 1. Financial Record Keeping and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all managed properties. Record income, expenses, and transactions related to property management. Make appropriate journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy. Monitor and manage general ledger accounts. 2. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: Manage invoicing processes. Track accounts receivable and follow up on collections. Process vendor bills and manage accounts payable. Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from clients. 3. Vendor and Expense Management: Process and verify invoices from vendors and service providers. Ensure timely payment of. property-related expenses such as utilities, maintenance, and repairs. 4. Financial Reporting: Prepare various financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide insights into the financial health of the business through accurate financial reporting.
