Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Content Writer. The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for managing a team of content writers, creating content strategies, conducting research, writing and editing web content, and proofreading. The Senior Content Writer will also be responsible for leading web content generation, overseeing creative projects, and reporting to senior management. As a Senior Content Writer you will: Develop and review comprehensive content across multiple organizational facets, encompassing website content, marketing materials, ad content, case studies, white papers, press releases, flyers, and brochures. Produce engaging and informative content for website pages, landing pages, and blogs, ensuring alignment with brand. messaging and objectives. Craft compelling case studies and customer success stories highlighting the organization's accomplishments and client satisfaction. Create, refine, and proofread content for diverse marketing purposes including ad copies, flyers, marketing mailers, and other promotional materials. Manage and organize the content calendar for the Marketing team, ensuring timely content delivery. Draft persuasive marketing mailers for various campaigns, maintaining consistency in messaging and brand voice. Skills Required: 5.1 to 7 years of experience in content creation and management. Familiarity and understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in a B2B context. Proficient in delivering high-quality content swiftly and extensively across various formats. Solid comprehension of the Real Estate/IT landscape. Ability to synthesize content with relevance to both business and technology aspects effectively. Exceptional expertise in English grammar, vocabulary, and advanced writing skills. Proven capability in conducting research and producing content tailored for marketing purposes. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration capabilities
