Job Description

Driving & motivating the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications
Conduct regular team meetings & motivate the Team members to achieve their targets
Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out & update on the new products.

Required Candidate profile

6-7 years of Experience in Insurance Industry.
Team Management Skills.
Well groomed, should have good communication & presentation skills.
Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the Region.
Should be able to deliver business.
