The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other human resources-related. duties. The Senior Executive Human Resources must have excellent communication and management skills in order to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. Compensation: - CTC : Up to 5 LPA Working Days: - 5 days (Monday to Friday) Working Condition: - BYOD (Bring your own Laptop & Mobile) Roles and responsibilities: Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition: - Plan formulation in consultation with the operations head for recruiting and on boarding the required manpower to meet operational requirements. - Preparing requirement job profile with the concerned Departmental Heads so as to determine the right candidate. - Preparations of salary fitments, salary negotiations, prepare offers and ensure joining. Onboarding and Induction: - Management of HR database, timely updation. - Preparing the Offer letters and Appointment letters and completing the joining formalities. - Preparing and Scheduling Induction programs and coordinating with various department heads. - Sending the documents for background verification, maintaining Employee Database, Leave/ Attendance data, performance data, and med claim data. Payroll, Compliances (PF, ESIC, LWF, PT), Compensation & Benefits: - Processing Payroll on monthly basis - Preparation of PF, ESIC, LWF monthly & submitting the PF, LWF and PT returns as per government regulations. - Completing necessary Insurance and medical cover formalities. Employee Relations and Welfare: - Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations. - Issuing advice / warning letters and conducing Enquiries and further disciplinary action. - Keeping track of employee's activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, and their separation. - Updating the employees from time to time about the company policies and changes. - Handling all kinds of employee's queries and complaints. - Cancelling and couching for performance improvement. - Conflict resolution. Exit Formalities: - Carrying out exit interviews so as to know the trend and check the attrition rate. - Arranging for the full and final settlement of resigned employees. Required Skills / Special Qualifications: Technical Skill: Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite) and must be hands-on at work. Non-Technical Skills: - Should have minimum 2 and above years of experience in Payroll, Compliances & HR Operations - Hands-on person with a flair for Strategy implementation as well as Operational HR - Good knowledge of HR processes and implementation techniques - Partner with business as well as operate within the current process and system that enables the growth of the business. - Understand the business and act in support of the company strategy and operating goals. - Must be able to work collaboratively and take hands on approach - Strong verbal and written communications skills
