We are continuously increasing their product portfolio and production capacity that will enable us to achieve our goal of becoming a 1 Billion USD company in the coming years. Job Summary: As a Dy. Manager - Channel Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing sales promotion marketing activities within a designated region. Your primary objective will be to increase brand awareness, drive sales, loyalty program and ensure customer engagement through effective promotional strategies. You will work closely with the sales team. marketing department, and external vendors to develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored to the region specific needs. We have this opening for the Pune, Kolkata, Chennai and Delhi. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales promotion strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including print advertisements, digital content, and promotional events. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotional activities and stay informed about competitors; strategies. Develop and execute a comprehensive loyalty program strategy aligned with the company business goals and customer retention objectives in your designated region Design and implement innovative and engaging loyalty program initiatives, including points-based systems, tiered rewards structures, special promotions, and personalized offers in your allotted region Coordinate promotional events such as influencers workshop/meet, Trade partner meet, sales promotions, trade shows, and experiential marketing activities. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between promotional activities and sales objectives, providing support and training as needed. Manage promotional budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost- effective implementation of promotional initiatives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to continuously improve promotional strategies and tactics. Travel within the designated region to oversee the execution of promotional activities and provide support to field sales representatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 4 to 5 years in sales promotion, marketing, loyalty or related roles, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision- making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools. Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region
