Job Description

Principal Accountabilities Manage Operational performance Act as the finance business partner to advise on areas of RTR Process and make recommendations to improve financial performance and client service with respect to the processes Coordinate smooth migrations, identify potential process risks, establish mitigation/control plans and monitor the impact. Plan, coordinate, and monitor operations performance on agreed upon SLAs and key metrics. Advise on appropriate action plans where needed Focus on driving quality with a view towards robust performance management, stakeholder feedback and active metrics management keeping end to end process view Ensure seamless integration and Coordination among various teams managing different processes and sub-processes As the steward of the end-to-end RTR process, understand all aspects of the relevant procedures, policies and tools and use this expertise to provide guidance to address process issues as they arise, coordinating with. other finance functions to resolve process or capacity issues as required Support transitions and ensure process stabilization as per agreed plans People Management Manage and Coach Team Managers and their teams Build and lead an engaged, high performing team and foster an inclusive environment. Accountable for performance management, talent development and succession planning He/She should manage the teams which does the one highlighted in yellow. Simplification and management of large finance integration programs Stakeholder Management Build & manage credible robust business relationships with key partners and stakeholders with focus on end to end process Work closely with relevant stakeholders in Client organization to drive over all Process objectives Work closely with Global Process Management of different Business Units/Geographies & Operational excellence team to drive Process objectives Establish an effective and robust governance and reporting structure covering all Business Units Facilitate timely issue resolution including escalation in accordance with governance structure Drive Process Improvement Strategy Assist in implementation of client related Finance transformation projects Build a culture of continuous improvement and operations excellence Take ownership of implementing Transformation objectives ensuring compliance, coordinating with finance technical support teams and others to confirm efficiencies are delivered in line with client requirements Work closely with the Operational excellence, and Finance Transformation office to drive transformation objectives and special projects Coordinate and assist in identifying and implementing Automation/ Transformation opportunities Support the leadership on firm wide initiatives including annual and ad-hoc projects Education, Experience, Skills - Preferably CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA/MBA/Post Graduate (Finance) 15+ years of experience in finance operations work wit
