Job description
Hold accountability for Store target achievement
Monitor the daily operations at the store including customer experience, escalations,
revenue and people related responsibilities
Ideate, execute and continuously work towards making the product and service
experience better for our customers to ensure that the store consistently exudes our
brand experience
Monitor inventory cycles and ensure there are no shortages/pilferages at all times
Manage Stock replenishment in coordination with the operations teams
Track and analyse store and team member performances on a daily basis and
execute measures to enhance performance
Engage and motivate the team members towards target achievement, customer
centricity and better performance
Work with the training team on identifying training needs and work towards building
a quality team at the Store
Implement all VM/marketing related elements in store as per shared guidelines
Ability to generate walk-ins/revenue through out of store activities
Requirements:
Retail store management, people management and customer interaction experience
is mandatory.
High levels of Ownership and Drive.
Ability to hold conversations with customers, help them pick the right products
Empathy for people and situations; highly approachable person.
Honesty and transparency in communication; shows warmth in interactions.
Willingness to learn rapidly + Ability to consistently make things better.
Team Management and Engagement skills.
CTC upto 3.5 LPA+Incentives
