Job Description

Essential/ Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Ensure that the project is executed according to the approved plans, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure smooth execution. Audit Report / Satisfactory Report Prepare and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Generate satisfactory reports based on project performance and client feedback. Subcontractor Bill Verification Review and verify subcontractor bills for accuracy and adherence to contractual terms. Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve any billing discrepancies. Ensure that subcontractors are performing in accordance with agreed-upon standards. Material Reconciliation Monitor and reconcile materials used on the site with the project specifications. Ensure proper documentation of material receipts, usage, and. wastage. Address any discrepancies in material reconciliation. Subcontractor Team Management Develop detailed contracts outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of their responsibilities. Clearly define performance metrics and quality standards. Quality Control Define specific quality standards and criteria that the project deliverables must meet. This could include industry standards, regulatory requirements, or client expectations. Client Feedback Maintain regular and open communication with clients. Keep them informed about project progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones. Operational Duties Revenue Work towards optimizing project revenue streams. Identify opportunities for revenue growth. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients. Resolution Of Project Side Issues Identify and address project-related challenges promptly. Collaborate with the project team to find effective solutions. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. Billing Documentation Verification Process Oversee the billing documentation process. Verify accuracy of billing documents. Ensure compliance with billing procedures and standards. Project Site & Work Monitoring Conduct regular site visits for monitoring progress and quality. Ensure adherence to safety protocols. Address site-specific issues promptly. DPR (Daily Progress Report) Dashboard Updation Maintain an up-to-date dashboard for daily progress tracking. Provide clear and concise information on project status. Use the dashboard to communicate progress to stakeholders. BOM (Bill of Materials), Drawing, Design Coordination & Verification: Coordinate with relevant departments for accurate BOM and drawings. Verify designs and drawings for compliance. Communicate design specifications to the project team. Project Planning Clearly articulate the project's goals and objectives. Ensure that these align with the overall strategic goals of the organization. Determine the order in which tasks need to be executed. Identify dependencies between tasks to create a logical sequence. Required Work Experience & Knowledge Proven Experience of 7-9 years of total experience. Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering water infrastructure projects. Required Education B. tech in civil engineering/ electrical Problem-solving Skills Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions. Leadership: Building and leading a high-performing project team. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Decision-Making Ability to make timely and informed decisions to optimize material flow and address issues. General Competencies Required Strategic Thinking Capacity to think long-term, analyze trends, and make decisions that contribute to the organization's strategic direction. Team Collaboration Capability to work effectively with diverse teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
