Job Description

Location: Gurgaon Experience: 5-8 Years in Life insurance fresh sale Package: 10-15 Lacs per annum Profile Description: We are looking for a manager or a Sr Manager who can bring a dedicated focus on Life Insurance growth, for an exciting new business vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for boarding your own team from scratch and focussing on driving greater cross sell of life insurance from existing teams. You'll work closely with the operations, product and tech teams to drive sales. You will help us train & create a channel for life insurance and other Life Insurance Products. Expect to spend a substantial part of your energy on client engagements, day to day operations, sales process management, reviews, ensuring targets are met & hiring within your team. Who we're looking for - Mandatory Requirement - Life Insurance and Other Life Insurance Products Experience - An experienced. professional who aspires to create measurable impact in a growing vertical, working alongside a diverse set of outstanding peers. A leader with a strategic mind, exceptional relationship management skills and superior team management attributes. The ideal candidate must be prepared to work under tight deadlines while managing competing priorities if she / he is to grow within the organization. Responsibilities - - Hiring & training of team members - Increasing channel loyalty and engagement. - Responsible for coordinating with teams for streamlining processes. - Involvement in all marketing and promotional activities related to Life Insurance. - Meeting targets for cross sell on existing insurance channels as well as the dedicated Life Insurance channel. Requirements - - Past experience in life insurance and other life insurance products - Strong demonstrable sales experience. - Experience of working with an insurance broker is preferred. - 5-8 years of work experience is preferable. - MBA / masters degree is preferred - Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal - Ability to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time - Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
