Heading Branch locations with a Team of Associate Branch Head & Sales Managers
Design/ Devise efficient processes & activities to enhance quality & quantity of business standards of the Branch Team
Manpower planning, Recruitment, Induction & Training

Required Candidate profile

Minimum Graduate from any stream with minimum 10+ years of Insurance experience with hardcore tied Agency background is must
Should well versed with Tied Agency Module of Insurance Company
Should have been a proven performer with impeccable track r
