Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join team as the Zonal Training Manager for Bancassurance. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Insurance Banca Training, with a focus on managing training programs for either PSU or Private Banks. Team handling experience is essential, and the candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 14 trainers. While experience in Life Insurance Banca Training is preferred, candidates from other channels and Health/General Insurance will also be considered if they meet the specified norms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Training Strategy and Execution:

   - Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy for the assigned bank, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

   - Execute training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of Bancassurance teams.

 

  1. Team Management:

   - Lead a team of 14 trainers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

   - Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and ensure the team's effectiveness.

 

  1. Bancassurance Experience:

   - Leverage 5-10 years of Insurance Banca Training experience to create targeted and impactful training modules.

   - Preferably, have experience in managing training programs for either PSU or Private Banks.

 

  1. National Training Head Responsibilities:

   - Function as the National Training Head for the assigned bank, overseeing training initiatives on a broader scale.

   - Collaborate with other National Training Heads to share best practices and ensure consistency in training approaches.

 

  1. Travel and Region Management:

   - Travel within the assigned region to conduct training sessions, assess local needs, and provide on-the-ground support.

 

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:

   - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product Development, to ensure training programs meet business requirements.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Insurance Banca Training.

- 2-3 years of experience in team management.

- Experience in managing training programs for PSU or Private Banks is preferred.

- Preferably, experience in Life Insurance Banca Training.

- Candidates from other channels and Health/General Insurance are welcome to apply if they meet other specified norms.
