Watchyourhealth.com is an insurtech company that provides health insurance services. The Role The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and effectively selling our products/services. This position involves a combination of strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship management to meet and exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products/services. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Negotiation: Conduct negotiations to close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. Sales Targets. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive sales activities. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback. Ideal Profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation. Ability to understand client needs and present effective solutions. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of client needs. Sales or business-related certifications. Experience with B2B sales.
