Position: Project Manager Location: Delhi/NCR Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: As a Project Manager at Assert IT, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities: Project Planning and Initiation: Lead project initiation meetings to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in. collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to guide project execution. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project risks and issues. Project Execution and Monitoring: Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. Communicate project status updates, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. Address stakeholder concerns, conflicts, and feedback in a proactive and professional manner to maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize project efficiency and productivity. Work closely with resource managers to identify staffing needs, recruit project team members, and onboard new team members as required. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and client requirements. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential threats on project success. Budget Management: Develop project budgets, track project expenses, and monitor financial performance against budgetary constraints. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability in project financial management. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively by following established change management procedures. Evaluate change requests, assess their impact on project objectives, and communicate decisions to stakeholders in a timely manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Proven experience (2 years) in project management roles, preferably in the IT consulting industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
