Director at HPG Consulting: Balasubramaniam TN JOB DESCRIPTION - Sketch schematic layouts and oversee the development of CAD or REVIT Software by Technical Associates. Coordinate with all other Key consultants regarding design and technical aspects. - Lead the internal project team and be involved in the project from the initial stage until final handover. - Meet with clients and operators to discuss and explore ideas on meeting their expectations and standards related to kitchens, laundry, and back-of-house areas. - Coordinate inputs from multiple design team members, in-house senior designers, and principals to produce back-of-house plans and other required documents and details. - Ensure food safety and hygiene standards. are maintained for food service planning. - Coordinate with the clients project team (architect, interior designer, PMC, MEP Consultant, etc.) and keep track of design development and project coordination on behalf of HPG Consulting. - Produce and control various project deliverables such as drawings, documents, reports, and presentations as required for the project. - Analyze existing as-built drawings, sketches, photographs, notes, and any other input to determine site conditions and resolve technical issues related to kitchen design. - Adhere to project timelines and deliverables. - Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure all requirements are properly considered by other consultants/contractors. - Stay updated on the latest trends in the foodservice industry, operations, and design. - Identify and generate new business opportunities in hotels, restaurants, hospitals, etc., for facility planning. - Build business relationships with current and potential clients. - Create informative presentations and deliver information to potential clients at meetings. - Focus on existing customer retention and engagement. - Coordinate business generation activities. - Respond to client requests for proposals with the help of the BD team. - Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients. - Make cold calls and multiple outbound calls to potential clients. - Stay informed about competitors" pricing and techniques. - Qualify leads from digital media, conferences, references, etc. - Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
