Job Description: Project Manager (IT Company) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our mobile and web development projects. As a Project Manager in our dynamic and innovative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing mobile and web development projects, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Initiation:Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements for mobile and web development projects. Create detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets. Resource Allocation and Management:Allocate resources effectively, including developers, designers, and other team members, to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate with team. leads to ensure adequate resource availability and workload distribution. Project Execution:Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may hinder project progress. Quality Assurance:Ensure that the delivered mobile and web solutions meet the highest quality standards and are in line with client requirements. Conduct thorough testing and review processes to identify and rectify any bugs or inconsistencies. Stakeholder Communication:Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks. Address client feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Budget Management:Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Provide accurate and timely billing information. Client Satisfaction:Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within scope, and meeting or exceeding client expectations. Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (4+ years) in project management & Development within the mobile and web development industry. Familiarity with agile and waterfall development methodologies. Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies, platforms, and trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
