Position Summary The Web Developer (Full Stack), is responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining websites through programming languages such as C#, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript for external Worley group web applications and websites. They. will provide development support for web experiences that help engage audiences and ensure an optimal user experience based on UX design principles. What you will do: Assist with migration of websites to a composable architecture using Sitecore best practices Build and optimise landing pages for marketing campaigns, based on UX design principles Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that align with the brand image and marketing messaging Implement tracking codes and analytics to measure website performance and user behaviour for marketing insights Integrate marketing tools and third-party platforms to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing specialists to ensure the website aligns with marketing campaigns and objectives To do this you will be required to: Develop backend functionality using ASP.NET (C#) Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise-level products such as Sitecore, Tableau, Pardot, etc. Develop and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly website designs with reusable, responsive components using Vue.js, HTML5, SCSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript that align with the brand image and marketing messaging Assist with day-to-day content management and optimisation activities What you will need: Education: At least a Bachelors degree in Marketing / Graphic Design / Industrial Design Experience: At least 6 to 8 years of experience including: 3 to 5 years Sitecore experience in platform management (certification in Sitecore Administration is preferred within 6 months) preferred. Experience with Sitecore admin tasks, admin pages, roles, users & permissions, preferred. Experience with SXA, XP, XM, Helix and Responsive UI design. Sitecore versions ranging from Sitecore 9.x to Sitecore 10.x. Knowledge and experience of all Sitecore interfaces and commands available and on how to create pages in Sitecore and edit content. Awareness of concepts of search indexes in Sitecore, Sitecore caching, security, and workflows. Experience in IT applications, platform management and understanding various applications across functions.
