Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Manager - North America (US & Canada) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in North America, specifically the United States and Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. You will lead a team of inside sales representatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage your expertise to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the US and Canadian markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration in the B2C/B2B sector across the US and Canada. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to drive performance and exceed. sales goals. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and enhance the customer experience. Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements to remain competitive and innovative in the marketplace. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior sales management role. Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. In-depth understanding of the US and Canadian markets, consumer behavior, and regulatory environments. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and initiatives. Proficiency in sales CRM software and other relevant sales tools. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer value. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
