.Team Leader As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with fluent English, convincing abilities and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: The Team Leader is expected to make relations with the different stakeholders including but not limited to schools, colleges, showrooms, travel agents etc. The Team Leaderwill be required to make calls to new/existing clients in a given day on company provided data. It is expected from the Team Leaderto maintain his calling sheet along with that of callers in Google Drive/company software, as per companys format It is expected from Team Leaderto maintain a list of positive prospects in Google Drive/company software, as per companys format. The Team Leaderis expected to meet the target in a given month, which may/may not come from all of companys services. Requirements: Graduate or post-graduate. Great leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to. multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Work Experience: 0-2 years Remuneration as per industry standards.
