Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida for a Human Resources Executive Recruitment. The recruit will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, maintaining HR policies, employee relations, and general HR management. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in HR Management, Operations, and Policies Experience in Employee Relations and general Human Resources (HR) management Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Experience in the Non-IT Recruitment is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense. of urgency 06 Days Working salary Up to 30k Good Hike on Current Salary Immediate Joining Bulk Hiring The ideal candidate would demonstrate proficiency in maintaining a healthy work culture, problem-solving skills, and attention to details.
