Job Description

We are currently hiring for "Generic Buying Admin" post in Vadodara/Baroda.

Designation: Generic Buying Admin (JIS77486)
Location: Vadodara/Baroda
Experience Range: 2.0 To 3.0 yrs
Salary Range: - 3.00 To 4.20 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain stock level of generic products.
Keep track of invoice payments, arranging stock collection, filing the temp records and discrepancy reporting on stock receipt and further communication with customers (e.g. expiry checks)
Assist Key Account Manager with admin required to communicate with customers on better commercial terms
Create monthly offer list in Excel for customers
Process customer orders
Create monthly price comparison file using Excel
Update monthly equalization spreadsheet for AAH/Alliance

Skills required:

Intermediate level Excel proficiency
Proficient in all MS Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and must be able to identify inaccuracies effectively
Able to multitask and ensure work is completed on time
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Time & priority management
Good interpersonal skills - able communicate to staff & customers on all levels
Have a flexible working approach and can convey a positive attitude to staff and customers always.
Team player and able to support to other team members
Work on own initiative


Qualification:Graduate in any field

Additional guidelines:
Working Days: 5 days a week
