Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Back-office Operations Executive to join our team. The HR Back-office Operations Executive will play a critical role in supporting various administrative and operational functions within the HR department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Process and maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in employment status. Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely distribution of salaries, allowances, and benefits. Manage employee documentation, including letters, agreements, and compliance forms. Handle HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Coordinate employee offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and final settlements. Support recruitment activities by scheduling. interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing job postings. Assist in training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials. Maintain HR databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR back-office operations or a similar role is a must. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
