You will lead in solving complex technical problems, drive projects forward, mentor team members, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Demonstrate expertise in multiple technology domains. particularly in Microsoft .NET development. Lead in solving highly complex technical problems, providing innovative solutions to meet project requirements. Strategic Vision and Innovation: Contribute to and often lead the technical vision and strategy for projects and teams. Drive innovation and creative solutions, staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating them into our technology stack. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide advanced mentorship to senior engineers and other team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Lead large projects and cross-functional teams, guiding them towards successful project completion. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and projects. Influence decision-making across multiple teams, promoting collaboration and shared understanding. Software Development: Design and implement web applications to meet requirements, utilizing C# and ASP.NET Web Forms. Develop and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures, optimizing SQL performance as needed. Utilize Azure DevOps and GIT Version Control to manage work items and source code in a multi-developer environment. Industry Knowledge and Decision Making: Stay abreast of industry trends and how they impact the company and technology landscape. Make critical decisions that affect the long-term success of projects and teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This Role Requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft .NET development. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing web applications using C# and ASP.NET Web Forms. Proficiency in developing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Experience with Azure DevOps, GIT Version Control, and web services development. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-making across teams and projects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas effectively.
