Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US Technical Recruiter located in Vadodara. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching qualified candidates to open job positions within our clients IT departments, as well as working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 0.6-3 years of demonstrated experience in technical recruitment for IT positions, with a track record of proven results Deep knowledge of the IT industry and technical roles, including current trends and hiring practices Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, and respond to changing priorities Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, Career builder, Monster and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ability to negotiate and close offers with candidates on behalf of clients Experience working with government and commercial clients, plus knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus
