Job Description
:- Must have minimum 6 months of Voice process experience.
- Male candidates are preferred
- Good and understandable English communication is needed.
- Outcall the leads received through digital platform
- Agent needs to reach out to the client, within 30 mins of receipt of the digital enquiry
- Agent will explain the features and benefits of the package along with the associated price through telephone.
- Agent will focus on identifying the potential leads and qualify the prospective leads for the next level.
- Interaction on email with client sharing tour packages, doing follow up etc.
