Job Title: Project Manager (Customer Loyalty & CRM Programs) Division: Operations Base Location: Delhi Job Type: Hybrid Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of (CRM) project and should have a solid background in project management, large-scale operations, and client handling. Key Responsibilities: CRM Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals. Lead project kick-off meetings, communicate expectations to team members, and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives. Loyalty and Redemption Programs: Understand the customer preference and design the redemption catalogue against the loyalty points. Marketing Skills: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns. Utilize marketing automation tools for effective communication. and customer engagement. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Gather client feedback and ensure their needs are met through CRM initiatives. Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Monitor and analyze customer behavior, preferences, and trends to enhance CRM strategies. Campaigns and Operational Management: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives into operations. Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors based on project requirements and organizational needs. Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of CRM solutions. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements. Analysis of Market Trends and Strategies: Stay updated on industry, market trends and competitor strategies. Implement insights gathered into the development and adjustment of CRM strategies. Execution and Reporting: Oversee the end-to-end execution of CRM projects, ensuring timely delivery. Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of CRM initiatives. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and project management. Strong understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or others Strong background in Excel, Power Point and strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills and familiarity with corporate culture Ability to establish connections in partner organizations Bonus if you have: Prior experience in a front line role/enterprise marketing in the Tyre industry. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. Exposure to marketing and MIS
