Note: This Job is only for the candidates who are having experience in SSIS either in the current or previous organization. The Project Manager (PM) in partnership with the Business Systems Manager (BSM) is accountable for service delivery and successful execution of all tasks at Business Group (BG) level in either implementation or ongoing mode. The PM will also directly /work with BSM to manage the resource allocation, taking into consideration the workload / business needs. In partnership with the BSM, they are responsible for the quality delivery and profitability of the clients. The PM functions as people manager for aligned Business Systems Analysts (BSAs). In collaboration with BSMs & Systems Configuration Leads (SCLs), they support ongoing coaching, cross-training, skill development, and mentoring of BSAs. The PM is accountable for meeting and/or exceeding utilization and quality targets. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Own continuous client profitability through. configuration, out of scope project support, automation, process improvement, quality assurance, and support of team member growth & development. In partnership with the BSM, drive accountability for team performance and own client dashboard, including change management tickets, case management, for aligned clients. Proactively monitor, track multiple projects with a focus to mitigate potential risks related to timelines, resources, and quality. Ensure that compliance regulations are met across aligned clients, including SOC1. Coordinate with BSM and Implementation Managers on project management and resource allocation for aligned clients. Ensure resources are allocated appropriately according to complexity of tasks, resource skill level, and growth opportunity. Responsible for the quality of the client configuration & test planning / testing Manage adherence to Enterprise Initiatives across aligned clients, including special projects and process improvements. Facilitate daily huddle meetings by leveraging experienced BSAs. Accountable for targeted BSA skills development by leveraging SME resources. Provide guidance and support for issue research, resolution, and root cause analysis. Adhere to processes, metrics of performance, and quality parameters. Hold BSAs accountable for Jira updates, including ticket status, work effort, time tracking, and documentation to ensure that scope, cost, and resource allocation per project can be evaluated. As part of delivery management, drive utilization and process improvements, resulting in productivity gains Be the point of contact for CSG on all delivery related aspects. Implement & monitor the Feedback Mailbox, following the escalation procedures on all deliverables. Produce & review performance metrics on a monthly basis. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required - preferably an Engineering Graduate specializing in Computer Science / IT. MBA in systems / IT is desirable. Experience Should have at least 7-8 years" experience in a Project management & People management role in a multi-national and global team/s environment. Domain experience in US health & welfare space is highly desirable. Hands-on experience working on technology projects, especially with SSIS. (ref:hirist.tech
