Looking for a Malayalam Team Leader for our Telemarketing process. 1. Leading a team: Providing guidance, direction, and support to team members to achieve goals. 2. Supervision: Overseeing the work of team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. 3. Training and development: Conducting training sessions, coaching, and mentoring team members to improve performance. 4. Communication: Facilitating communication within the team and between other departments or stakeholders. 5. Performance management: Setting objectives, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to team members. 6. Problem-solving: Resolving conflicts, addressing challenges, and finding solutions to issues that arise within the team. 7. Decision-making: Making informed decisions to achieve team objectives and address issues as they arise. 8. Motivation: Inspiring and motivating team members to perform at their best and achieve their potential. 9. Collaboration: Working closely with other team. leaders and departments to ensure alignment and coordination. 10. Reporting: Providing regular reports on team performance, goals, and challenges to higher management
