The Synthetic Chemist will be responsible for performing laboratory experiments, conducting Quality Control checks, developing and implementing analytical techniques, and supporting Research and Development projects. Qualifications 1 to 8 years of experience in synthetic chemistry, Medicinal chemistry, API R&D, Polymorph screening Experience in drug discovery and process development Ability to interpret and analyze complex data Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills PhD/M.Sc/M.pharm in Synthetic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or related field
