Role: Newgen SME/Lead Location: TVM/Kochi Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Newgen SME/Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the business team to understand requirements, document them effectively, and lead small technical teams in developing and implementing Newgen solutions for banking and enterprise clients. You will be a key contributor to project success, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering high-quality solutions within budget and timelines. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and document functional specifications for Newgen projects. Possess deep knowledge of BPM, ECM, and their applications in banking and enterprise environments. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, presenting solutions clearly and persuasively. Lead and manage small technical teams, providing guidance. mentorship, and ensuring efficient project execution. Stay abreast of the latest Newgen technologies and trends, and apply them to projects effectively. Adhere to Agile methodologies and practices, fostering a collaborative and efficient project environment. To adhere to ISMS policies and procedures Qualifications 4-5 years of experience as an SME in ERP, BPM, or related software development environments. Proven experience with Newgen Platform, preferably in banking or enterprise projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead and motivate small teams. Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
