This opening is for our upcoming office in Hyderabad. 2 Months training will be provided in Pune office. Designation: Senior 3D Architecture Modeler Role & Responsibilities: - Create precise and high-quality 3D models based on architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. - Interpret and comprehend architectural drawings to develop error-free, low-poly 3D models for both exterior and interior environments. - Proficiently render architectural designs using 3Ds Max and Vray, or similar rendering software, maintaining a high standard of quality. - Prepare AutoCAD drawings for seamless integration into 3Ds Max, ensuring clean and efficient workflows. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing requirements, client updates, and strict deadlines. - Demonstrate autonomy in modeling tasks, capable of executing projects with minimal supervision and sketches. - Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback. into the modeling process. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. - Expertise in 3Ds Max modeling techniques, with a strong command of the software and Vray or equivalent rendering tools. - Profound understanding and application of low-poly architectural modeling techniques, preferred. - Demonstrated ambition and a drive for excellence in architectural modeling. - Collaborative mindset, able to function effectively within a team environment. - Exceptional attention to detail and a flair for creative problem-solving. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. - Stay updated with the latest software trends and advancements in the architectural modeling industry. - Knowledge of architectural terminology, products, and industry standards. - For senior modeler position: Extensive experience in interpreting complex architectural drawings, including contoured site plans, and translating them into accurate 3D models. The role of client coordination will also be integrated into the profile, requiring effective communication and understanding of client needs throughout the modeling process
