Job Description

Job Responsibilities Work very closely with internal and external customers to understand their automation needs and provide optimized solutions that use robots and other automation products Develop custom robotics solutions and demonstrate proof-of-concept (POC) level Provide high level applications support on technical issues at customers site as required Identify root cause of hardware and software issues by analyzing data Support setup, management, and tear down of equipment at trade shows and exhibitions Provide feedback to factory on our products such as reporting bugs/issues, making suggestions for enhancements or new products. Execute the troubleshooting (software, mechanical & Electrical) for robotics application issues and maintain the documentation of troubleshooting procedures. Conduct OJT (On the Job Training) for internal and external stakeholders and maintain the training documentation. Participate and contribute to technically demanding. applications for customers from various industries like digital, automotive, food & commodity, logistics etc. Support to upkeep and enhance Robotics setup at demo centers. Timely submission of monthly reports, success stories. Explore Robotics products features / functions and share the technical notes across the team members. Study and develop industrywide application and gripper libraries. Education & Experience B.E./B.Tech. OR equivalent diploma (specialization in Mechatronics/Robotics/Automation will be an added advantage) Minimum 3-8 years of experience of demonstrated Robotics application programming, development & commissioning Passionate in robotics software/mechanical development, commissioning Specific Skills Programming and development of Fixed/Mobile Robots/COBOTs. Mechatronics experience of developing customized solutions and knowhow of integrations with IT infrastructure. Experience with OMRON Robotics or its equivalent is a bonus. Knowledge of Grippers/Actuators/EOAT/Attachments, 3D designs software Programming skills in a high-level language (eV+, ARCL, C/C++, C#, Python or similar) Strong understanding of control theory, kinematics, and dynamics Familiarity in new technologies like Edge Computing, AI/ML and IoT Strong interpersonal, listening, questioning and communication skills (written and oral). Self-motivated, ambitious, proactive, focused and goal oriented Ability to share detailed technical information in an easy-to-understand manner, working in a consultative manner with customers. Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally with strong organizational skills. Team player with the able to work independently as required. Ability to work under pressure and target oriented
