Job Specification

Position : Marketing Communications Executive

Location : Across India

Qualifications : MBA/BA/MA Mass Communication

Experience : 3 - 6 years

 

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

 

1. Own complete responsibility of all design and artwork development for

• All communication development
• New product launch creatives development
• New product and existing products packaging design and development
• Internal campaign communication development and release
• Market Brand visibility creatives (boards, posters, signages, collages etc.)

2. Dealer boards & Retail branding design execution

• Assessing requirement of Dealer boards through internal database of previous branding activity, dealers pending for boards as well as liaising with Trade Marketing in charge to get a master list for dealer boards requirement. Implementing the branding activity though agency. Trade Marketing in charge to be responsible for ensuring implementation is done at market level

• Liaising with Retail Trade Marketing In charge for all requirements of retail level branding. Developing creatives and submitting the designs to agency for implementation. Trade Marketing in charge to be responsible for ensuring implementation is done at market level

3. Internal communication development - creating content, assimilating success stories, and

releasing emailers / videos through Norton Abrasives & sky life

4. Content assimilating for Quarterly newsletter and managing design of the same through

agency. Support Brand & Marketing Strategy team in content for PR

5. Managing collateral module system.

• Reviewing existing merchandise on monthly basis for items refresh. Liaising with vendors for new items. Getting suggestions from Trade Marketing in charge / sales team for new items
• Reviewing sales team budgets on weekly basis
• Ensuring all merchandise procurement is smooth with proper inventory planning

6. Supporting Brand and Marketing Strategy team in execution of events and exhibitions, AMG

conference, Dealer trips and Dealer conferences

7. Supporting Exports team with end-to end requirement for packaging, communication,

campaigns, merchandise etc.
