Job title Transportation Sales Manager (PTL) Reports to Senior Business Catalyst Duties and Responsibility Business Development Planning: Develop a comprehensive business plan strategy to acquire brands in a time-bound manner. Demand Side Business Development: Identify target clients (SMEs, D2C brands and enterprises), make a value proposition convert them into AAJ customers. Solution Designing: Create a financially viable solution for these target clients, either based on itemized or fixed fee basis model or percentage (of revenue) basis. This will require you to understand the clients existing supply chain, the growth opportunities and challenges in the existing supply chain. Deal Closure: You are expected to engage with the client in multiple rounds of negotiation and drive the deal to closure. Maintaining the high conversation ration of deals closed/Client in the pipeline will be an important metric in your performance. Team Building: The candidate should. be able to build and lead a highly competent team of middle-level professionals. Qualification Any Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree. 3 - 6 year of proven experience working as territory and field sales. Working with transport business PTL sales exposure is preferred.
