Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:
  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment
  strategies
  Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps within the organization.
  Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  Build and maintain relationships with external partners, recruitment agencies, and other talent acquisition
  channels
  Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their Business objectives, requirements and
  act on challenges
  Ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  Develop and deliver presentations to communicate HR initiatives, policies, and programs
  Provide guidance on career development and advancement opportunities for employees.
  Conduct regular talent reviews and facilitate discussions on individual and team development.
  Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address findings and implement corrective actions.
  Promote a culture of open communication, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
  Implement retention strategies, job rotations/elevations to ensure key talent is identified and retained.
  Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement and work with
  leadership to address retention challenges and create a supportive workplace.
