About The Job Responsibilities aka Your Impact: Lead coordination and planning for project activities to ensure that the processes run smoothly Where needed, work directly with vendors to ensure cost-effective service utilization and monitor internally for changes in budget or spend Manage the interaction between engineering, product and other functions by identifying priorities, defining cross-functional milestones, and coordinating schedules. Own project documentation, status tracking, and communication between stakeholders to ensure delivery and overall project health Contribute to an environment that's conducive to a great execution culture and removes obstacles to project completion Essential Job Qualifications aka Keys to Success: 3+ years of experience as a project manager including experience launching / executing projects and prior experience managing software projects through their full lifecycle Proven ability to solve complicated problems creatively and. effectively Excellent verbal & written communication skills, empathy for the needs of all stakeholders, and a track record of delivering projects An appreciation for software engineering and product management practices and ability to advocate for stakeholders and product owners as needed Experience in a rapid growth of the organization, working cross-functionally with teams delivering enterprise software Strong bias for action, demonstrated ability to drive projects forward and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity Bonus Qualifications aka Preferred, but not required: Fluency with any of the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Excel, Powerpoint, MIRO, MS Teams Understanding of micro-service delivery models Project Management / Agile certifications highly desired What You Need 4 year degree in Computer Science (preferred) or related technical/engineering degree Software development, particularly web-based and Software-as-a-Service experience preferred 2+ years experience managing Agile project delivery, knowledge of Agile (scrum/Kanban) 3+ years of project management experience Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage time-critical projects Experience with MS Office suite of products such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint Ability to work effectively in teams and most importantly, work in a virtual environment Personal integrity, always honest and an unfailing personal ethic of doing the right thing
