Project Manager - Industrial Construction Summary: Seeking an experienced Project Manager for industrial construction projects with a strong sense of ownership. This role involves overseeing all project phases, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Lead project teams and coordinate activities to meet project objectives and client expectations. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, fostering positive relationships and communication. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project finances, track expenses, and provide accurate reporting to stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections to. assess progress, quality, and adherence to specifications. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial construction. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
