+ Understanding Requirements from JD
+ Sourcing Candidates through Job Portals
+ Conducting Telephonic Interviews, to check if they fit the requirements
+ Arrange their Interviews
+ Followup with candidates till the joining.

Required Candidate profile

+ Should have preferably worked as a Recruiter in a Consultancy.
+ Should have decent communication skills
+ Should be computer Savvy
