Explore www.blusalzz.com Property Description This role is responsible for HR & Training operations of 2 leading Five Star Resorts in Andaman & Nicobar Islands. The Resorts will have around 130 Keys. The role responsibility will be increased to 4 resorts eventually. Role Description This is a full-time on-site cluster role located in Andaman & Nicobar Islands. The position will be responsible for upkeep of Blusalzz culture, HR & Training philosophy so as to convert HR operations to business results. Key responsibilities include recruitment, on-boarding, associate engagement & well-being, performance evaluation, training need identification. implementation of training program as per training calendar set up. The Cluster HR & Training Manger will report to the Cluster General Manager operationally and functionally to the VP-Talent and Growth Strategy. Qualifications Degree / Diploma in Human Resources 10 years of work experience in Five Star resorts or equivalent Prior work experience in remote location will be an advantage Training experience, including developing and delivering training programs Experience with budgeting and financial analysis Strong planning and implementation skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
