Working closely with business/people leaders and partnering with them to build and maintain a
high performing team and culture and creating a highly engaging environment. For example,
working with the people leaders on goal setting, evaluation, understanding learning &
development requirements and acting on the same
Skills, Experience and who you are:
You have 8-10 years of experience in HR in leading a 150+ employee workforce across different
locations. International exposure will be an added advantage. You are expected to have hands-on
experience and knowledge of:
Educational Qualification/other qualification:
Degree/Diploma in MBA/PGDM (Full time)
8-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist supporting 150+
employees organization
