Experience: 7 to15 years Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Encore Research located in Vadodara. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies, developing marketing plans, managing marketing campaigns, and creating demand for products. The Sales Marketing Manager will also coordinate with stakeholder, build key customer relationships, identify business. opportunities, and negotiate and close business deals. Job Responsibilities: Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, identify market trends, and propose system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market. Accumulate, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports. Build/maintain relationships with key stakeholders by making regular calls/visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management. Creates a plan for acquiring customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Plan, design, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Represent the company in exhibitions or conferences. Desired Candidate Profile Sales and marketing skills, including experience with developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and creating demand for products Experience in building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating and closing business deals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
