Role Description This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Manager in day-to-day tasks related to the MICE business, including managing events and client relationships, conducting market research, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and overseeing team members. This role is based in New Delhi, but some remote work is acceptable. Qualifications Managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors Analytical and problem-solving skills, with. the ability to make strategic decisions based on market research Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Prior experience in the MICE industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field Fluency in English and Hindi
